Rappelz: A New Player's Guide

Now while you could press menu and scroll up and down to choose what you want, pressing the shortcuts is a lot easier and saves a lot more time. The following are the shortcuts and the menus they open.

Items: ALT+I, or ALT+Spacebar

This shows your inventory and your equipment. Pretty useful.

 I will go into more detail about the inventory menu later on.

 Character information: ALT+A or ALT+C.

This gives you information about your character. 

 Actions Menu: ALT+T

This gives you possible actions to perform. You can drag these icons onto your hotkeys.

 Formation Menu: ALT+Y

This shows your pet or pets if you are a pet class and are able to summon more than 1. 

 As you can see, the menus are rather transparent. I will go into more about pets later on in the pets section.

 Quests: ALT+Q

A menu that tells you which quests you're doing and how far you are in completing them. Clicking on each blurb will give you more in-depth information on the quest including rewards and the background story.

 Skills Menu: ALT+S

Skills that you have or will have. You can modify your skills by either learning new ones, or changing the level of your skills. You can also use the skills from this menu but it's not very efficient. Again, you see JP and Jlvls. I'll explain those later on in the skills menu.

When you press ALT+S, you see two parts. The first part on the left looks like this:

 Then right next to it is this bigger one.

 This is the full map of what you will learn for the job.

Creature Info: ALT+R 

When you first use this command, it will seem like nothing is happening. If you pay attention though, this thing will pop up or disappear.

 Clicking this icon twice will give you your creature's information as well as skills. 

System: ALT+Z 

The system menu can either lead you to the options menu, the character selection menu, or the quitting dialogue. It's not pictured here because there are really only 3 things to press.

Friends/Guild/Block: ALT+F

This shows your friends, your guild, and your block list, meaning people you don't want talking to you. =D
