Your character has certain things that make it unique, one thing being its stats. Now, there are quite a lot of stats that can be affected in a variety of ways; soul stones, enchanting, buffs, items, etc. Now, there are quite a few stats and I will attempt to describe them all to you. Now, if you want a clear and more in-depth version, I suggest you visit the one at AlizarinHQ, a Rappelz database in the making. You can visit it by clicking here.
Here is a picture of my stats on my warlock.
Now we'll start with the Stat portion.
Strength: Commonly abbreviated as "Str". Strength is just that: Strength. It's a main factor in determining your P.Atk if you're using a melee weapon. It also affects how much weight you can hold.
Soul stones that increase Strength use the words: Potent (Basic), Might (Lair)
Vitality: Commonly abbreviated as "Vit". Vitality is the endurance and lively-ness of your character. It is critical in determining your max HP and your P.Def
Soul stones that increase Vitality use the words: Health (Basic), Life (Lair)
Agility: Commonly abbreviated as "Agi". Agility is how agile you are, or how nimble. Basically, agility contributes to how often you dodge enemy attacks. Currently, Agility is "broken" in that it doesn't do anything. Just don't use it till they fix it.
Soul stones that increase Agility use the words: Nimble (Basic), Grace (Lair)
Intelligence: Commonly abbreviated as "Int". Intelligence is not how smart your character is but rather, a stat important to mages. It is a chief factor in determining your M.atk as well as your Max MP.
Soul stones that increase Intelligence use the words: Mind (Basic), Mystic (Lair)
Wisdom: Commonly abbreviated as "Wis". Wisdom is not a measure of intelligence or experience. For some reason, it increases your M.Acc as well as your M.def and a little bit of your M.Res. The only reason people care about Wisdom is to increase the accuracy of their spells and PvP. In PvP, you fight other people and it's important to increase your M.Def against their attacks.
Soul stones that increase Wisdom use the words: Insight (Basic), Foresight (Lair)
Dexterity: Commonly abbreviated as "Dex". Dexterity is how accurate and precise you are in combat. This affects your Acc. and is a factor in the P.atk of Ranged weapons such as bows or crossbows.
Soul stones that increase Dexterity are: Lucid (Basic), Finesse (Lair)
Luck: Commonly abbreviated as "Luk". Luck is how lucky you are. This determines how often you hit a critical hit on the opponent. This increases your Critical Ratio.
There are no soul stones that increase Luck.
These are the basic battle abilities of your character, the numbers that derive themselves from your base stats.
Physical attack: Commonly abbreviated as "Patk". This is how much damage your character can deal with a melee weapon.
Accuracy: Commonly abbreviated as "Acc". This is how accurate you are in hitting your foe. The higher their level in contrast to yours, the more likely you are to miss.
Magical attack: Commonly abbreviated as "Matk". This is how much damage your character can deal with a magical weapon, a staff or a dagger.
Physical Defense: Commonly abbreviated as "Pdef". This is how much defensive power your character possesses. Having high Pdef means you take, overall, less damage.
Evasion: There is no common abbreviation for Evasion. This reflects your ability to dodge the attacks of other creatures.
Attack Speed: Commonly abbreviated as "ASPD". How fast you can attack. Default is set at 100 and your weapons and/or buffs will modify that number accordingly.
Magical Accuracy: Commonly abbreviated as "Macc". How accurate your spells will be in regards to actually succeeding in hitting the opponent.
Magical Defense: Commonly abbreviated as "Mdef". How much magical defense power your character possesses. Having high Mdef is not very useful unless you're fighting other players/bosses. Normal field monsters do not use magical attacks.
Magical resistance: Commonly abbreviated as "Mres". How well you can resist the spells of others. When another player or a boss casts a spell on you, Mres determines how well you are able to cancel out that person's attack.
Movement Speed: Commonly abbreviated as "MovSpd". How fast your character moves.Carrying too much will slow you down while riding a mount, using a wind pot, or getting a buff will speed you up.
This goes even more in-depth in regards to your stats.
